Enhancement: Upload File via File Manager

Scanova has improved the capability of designing landing pages linked with Dynamic QR Codes via the following enhancement in the File component—Upload File via File Manager.

Previously, we allowed files to be uploaded directly via your computer. With our new feature Upload File via File Manager, you can now upload files securely via Google Drive, OneDrive, or an external link/URL.

New Feature - Custom User Roles

Scanova now has a new Enterprise feature—Custom User Roles.

Previously, Scanova allowed account owners to invite teammates and stakeholders to access and manage the same account based on three permission levels—Viewer, Manager, Admin. 

With our new feature Custom User Roles, you can create customized user roles based on permissions and assign these roles to invited users that would ensure compliance and data security.

New Feature - Bulk Operations

Scanova now has a new Enterprise feature—Bulk Operations.

You're probably accustomed to modifying the content of dynamic QR Codes via the dashboard one by one. With our new feature Bulk Operations, you can now generate, update, and download dynamic website URL QR Codes in bulk.

  • Using the generate operation, you can generate dynamic website URL QR Codes in bulk
  • Using the update operation, you can bulk update existing dynamic website URL QR Codes in your account
  • Using the download operation, you can bulk download images of existing dynamic website URL QR Codes in your account

You can view this feature from the sidebar on the left side of the Scanova dashboard (only when you're logged in).

Enhancement: Show file/document on landing page

Scanova has improved the capability of designing landing pages linked with Dynamic QR Codes with a new design component—File

When designing landing pages (such as with Custom Page QR Code, Product QR Code, etc.), you can now add a button which when clicked, redirects to an uploaded file/document. 

To add this component on the landing page, simply click on File in the list of available components:

Note: You can add multiple file buttons on the landing page (upto 20).

Enhancement: Add Map Location to Landing Pages

Scanova has improved the capability of designing landing pages linked with Dynamic QR Codes with a new design component—Map Location

When designing landing pages (such as with Custom Page QR Code, Product QR Code, etc.), you can now add a button which when clicked, redirects to a map location. 

To add this component on the landing page, simply click on Map Location in the list of available components:


Note: You can add multiple map location buttons on the landing page (upto 20).

New Feature: Event Tracking

Scanova now has a new Pro feature—Event Tracking

You're probably accustomed to creating landing pages using Custom Page QR Code or Social Media QR Code. And with Analytics feature, you can know how many times people scanned the QR Code and viewed the page. 

However, it was not possible to know how many people actually engaged with the page i.e.

  • How many clicks you got on the page
  • How many clicks you got on each button

This is now possible with the feature Event Tracking. You can now setup click tracking on landing pages developed using Scanova. For more details, refer to Event Tracking | Setup, Data, and Integrations

Scanova now has a new feature—What's New

You can view this feature from the sidebar on the left side of the Scanova dashboard (only when you're logged in).

With What's New, you can now get regular notifications on new features, enhancements, announcements, fixes, incidents, and other important updates directly from the dashboard. 

This will help you get more out of your Scanova account, making it even easier for you to create QR Codes.
