Announcing: Smart Design

We are pleased to announce a new way to design your QR Codes—Smart Design! With the Smart Design feature, you can upload your logo or image and receive seamlessly auto-generated designs that align with your brand and theme.

Smart Design utilizes your uploaded image along with other details, such as the QR Code category, to generate multiple design suggestions that seamlessly integrate with your brand identity and design requirements. 

If available, Smart Design also automatically extracts your company logo or website image from your email domain and generates designs accordingly.

You can access the Smart Design feature by navigating to View/Edit > Edit Design > Custom Logo Design > Smart Design.

Enhanced AI-Generated Design Feature

We are pleased to announce that we have significantly improved our AI Generator Design feature, which was first launched last year.

We have improved our AI engine to produce better results, added different types of design options for QR Codes data pattern, as well as added a range of design presets to assist in defining the visual theme of the generated design.

Additionally, we have incorporated a scannability status feature, enabling users to assess whether the generated QR Code is scannable.

Introducing Feedback QR Code

We are pleased to announce the launch of a new QR Code category: Feedback QR Code.

With the Feedback QR Code, you can effortlessly create forms or surveys for collecting feedback, conducting questionnaires, or gathering insights through surveys. When users scan the QR Code, they will be seamlessly directed to the feedback form or survey. 

This category offers over 10 ready-made templates designed for a wide range of use cases, including customer feedback, Net Promoter Score (NPS) assessments, course evaluations, and more. 

By leveraging this feature, you can gather valuable feedback and respond promptly to customer needs, making it easier for them to share their experiences with just a quick scan.

Notifications is now Email Reports

We have enhanced the Notifications feature in the Analytics and Lead Lists tabs. Based on your plan, you can now set up multiple email reports with different frequencies to receive regular scan updates via email.

You can access this feature through Analytics > Email Reports or Lead Lists > Email Reports.

Note: The number of email reports you can create depends on your plan:

  • Lite: 1 report
  • Standard: 2 reports
  • Pro: 5 reports
  • Enterprise: 10 reports

Introducing Media Feature

To ease the bulk generation of QR Codes we have introduced the Media feature. This functionality allows you to upload images in bulk and retrieve the image URLs. These URLs can be used in your sample sheet wherever an image URL is needed, such as for profile pictures in Business QR Codes.

You can access this feature from Bulk Operations > Media tab.

Introducing User Logs

We are pleased to announce the introduction of a new feature: User Logs. This enhancement enables you to generate and export a comprehensive log file that has a record of all activities performed on your account over the past six months.

You can access this feature by navigating to User Management > User Logs. Please be aware that the User Logs feature is available upon request, and we encourage you to reach out if you would like to enable it for your account.

New and Improved Scanova

We're excited to introduce a fresh new look to our application, designed with you in mind! We've updated the color scheme, redesigned the side-bar, fonts, and buttons, and made the overall experience sleeker and more intuitive. These enhancements are not just about aesthetics; they make navigating the app smoother, helping you accomplish tasks more efficiently.

Another notable change we have made is to the location of the ‘Users’ tab. We have removed the ‘Users’ tab from ‘Settings’ and created a new dedicated tab called ‘User Management’ for managing user and role functionalities. Additionally, we have separated the ‘User’ and ‘User Roles’ sections for more streamlined administration.

Enhancement: Usage & Limits

We have updated the Subscription tab to make it easier for you to know about your plan features, benefits, and track usage.

In addition to the Subscription Details section (which includes your plan and payment details), there is a Usage & Limits section now. Usage & Limits lists the number of QR Codes, users, and custom domains your plan supports, along with how many you have used.

Enhancement: Scan Count & Analytics Overview

To help users track QR Code performance and gain insights, we have launched two new features:

  1. Total Scans column in My QR Codes table: Shows the total number of scans received on each QR Code.  
  2. Overview tab in Analytics: Provides key insights into overall performance, including current month performance. Highlights the top and least performing QR Codes and offers an overview of the last 3 months' performance. Access this tab via Analytics > Overview.
