Enhancement: User Mapping in Analytics Data

With Scanova, it’s now possible to know what actions a user has taken when interacting with QR Code and linked Scanova landing pages. 

You can now capture data at the user level and analyze it via a unique tracking ID across multiple features (such as Scan Tracking & Analytics, Lead Generation, Custom Form, and Exact GPS Location). 

This feature can be enabled via Settings > User Tracking > Enable User Tracking.

Enhancement: Search and Export Account Users Data


Scanova has enhanced the Users dashboard with Search &  Export Users Data feature.

You can now export all data associated with users (in CSV) such as the Name, Email Address, Role, Status, Tag Permissions, etc. via the dashboard, making it convenient for you to compile and analyze the data.

This feature can be accessed via the Settings > Users > Export Users Data button.

Additionally, you can now search for a shared user by their name or Email ID via the search option and can check the user's last login date and time via the Status column in the Users table.

Important Note: This feature is only available to Pro, and Enterprise users of Scanova. See Plans & Pricing.

New Feature: Now access Scanova in Spanish

Scanova has now made it possible for you to use the application in Spanish.

If your browser’s default language is set to Spanish, the application language will automatically be set to Spanish.

You can switch to a different language via:

  • Login Page > Language Selector


  • Side Navigation > Language Selector (Logged in)

Additionally, you can also set your preferred language to Spanish always and edit your preference via Profile > User Information >  Preferred Language (Logged in)

Enhancement: Check Status of Bulk Operations

Scanova has now made it possible to view and track the status of your initiated bulk operations using the Operations Tracking table. 

Additionally, please note that you can now initiate the bulk operation (generate, update, or download) via the New Operation tab.

This feature can be accessed via Bulk Operations > Operations Tracking Tab > Operations Tracking Table.

Enhancement: Check Scanova’s uptime status

Scanova now has a new Status feature.

With this new feature, you can check in real-time if all applications of Scanova are up and running.

You can access this feature via the following:

  • Website Footer > Resources > Status
  • Support > Is Scanova Down? > Check Status

Enhancement: Easy Subscription Renewal

Scanova has now made it easier for you to pay for a pending invoice in case we’re unable to charge your existing payment method. 

You’ll now receive an email notification with a link to complete the payment. This will ensure minimum disruption in services. 

You can also make payment by logging in to your account and clicking on the payment option in the alert banner.

We are pleased to introduce the Enterprise subscription plan.

With this new plan, you can now customize and get Scanova features as per your requirements.
