New Subscription Plan - Enterprise

We are pleased to introduce the Enterprise subscription plan.

With this new plan, you can now customize and get Scanova features as per your requirements.

Features you will get in the Enterprise Plan:

  • All Pro Features: You get access to all Pro features, and additional features can be customized to your plan as per requirements

  • Custom Domain (Upto 50): Customize the account upto 50 custom domains

  • Users (Upto 100): Customize the account to allow access to upto 100 users

  • MFA Enforcement: Enforce MFA for all invited account users

  • Custom Scripts on Landing Pages: Better customize landing pages by adding custom scripts (via URL or script editor)

  • User Access by Tags: Allow users to only access QR Codes that have specific tags

  • Data Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with data security policies by customizing data collection and reporting

  • Insurance Compliance: Get insurance endorsement certificate to comply with supplier onboarding policies

  • Dedicated Relationship Manager: Get quick access to support via a dedicated relationship manager

New QR Code Design Feature - Stroke

Scanova now has a new QR Code design feature—Stroke.

Previously, you might have used the ‘Remove Blocks’ feature that allowed you to hide the data modules around the uploaded logo and make the QR Codes look more visually appealing. 

With this new feature, you can now add padding to the uploaded logo image to clearly distinguish the logo/image from the data modules.

You can access this feature via the Custom Logo Design > Logo Settings > Stroke.

Enhancement: Lead Form

Scanova has improved the capability of the Leads feature by replacing the ‘Fields List‘ feature with a new Lead Form feature.

Previously, you might have used the ‘Fields List‘ feature that allowed you to add multiple text fields and create a lead form.

Now while setting up lead lists, you can use the new answer type options provided in the Lead Form feature and collect the form data from the end-users upon scan.

You can access the feature via Lead List > Lead Form.

Additionally, you can now also customize the look and feel of the Lead Form via the following new sub-feature—Form Formatting.

You can access this sub-feature via the Lead Form > Form Formatting section.

Enhancement: Add QR Code Design in Bulk Operations

Scanova has enhanced the Bulk Operations feature with the QR Code Design feature.

You may have used the ‘Bulk Operations’ feature that allowed you to generate, update, and download Dynamic QR Codes in standard black-and-white design only.

With this new enhancement, you can now add a custom design to the QR Codes being generated/updated in bulk by choosing a saved design template.

You can access this feature via the Bulk Operations > Generate/Update > QR Code Design section.

Enhancement: Feedback Answer Options in Custom Form

Scanova has enhanced the Custom Form feature with additional feedback answer options.

When designing landing pages (such as Custom Page QR Code, Product QR Code, etc.), you can now add a feedback answer option and receive the end-users feedback data.

You can access this feature via the QR Code category > Enter Content > Custom Form > Answer Type dropdown.

You can download the feedback data submitted by the end-users via the My QR Codes > QR Code page > Download Data > Custom Form option.

New Feature - Conditional Redirection in Website URL QR Code

Scanova has enhanced the Website URL QR Code category with the all-new Conditional Redirection feature.

You're probably accustomed to redirecting your end-users to a specific webpage, social profile, or video URL upon scan.

With this new feature, you can now redirect users to specific URLs based on the following conditions:  

  • Country of user
  • Device type of user (mobile, tablet, etc.)
  • Operating system of the scanning device (Android, iOS)

You can access this feature via the Website URL > Advanced Settings > Conditional Redirection section.


Note: This feature is only available to Scanova users with Pro or Enterprise subscription.
