We’ve revamped the Audio QR Code category in Scanova to deliver a more engaging and user-friendly listening experience. The landing pages now feature an improved UI/UX, offering a cleaner and more modern design. You can now also add cover images to your audio files, giving your content a more personalized and professional look. Along with these, several other enhancements have been made to improve usability and presentation.

All existing Audio QR Codes will continue to work as usual, with these updates automatically applied for a better overall experience.

We’re excited to introduce the Geo-fencing feature in Scanova — giving you more control over who can access the content linked to your QR Codes. With Geo-fencing, you can restrict content visibility to a specific geographic area by selecting a location and defining the desired radius. Only users scanning the QR Code within this area will be able to view the primary content.

If a user scans the QR Code outside the set area or doesn’t allow location access, they’ll automatically see your fallback content or URL instead — ensuring a seamless experience in every scenario.

You can access the Geo-fencing feature through Advanced Settings > Exact GPS Location & Geo-fencing > Enable Geo-fencing.

We’re excited to introduce the new AI Analytics Summary feature (currently in beta). This feature allows you to instantly generate a smart, easy-to-understand summary of your QR Code analytics data, including a high-level overview, key insights, and actionable recommendations to help you make better decisions. You can also download the summary as a PDF for sharing or reporting purposes. 

In addition, we’ve increased the limits for fetching standard analytics data. You can now fetch data for up to 200 QR Codes over a 24-month period, up from the previous limit of 20 QR Codes and 12 months, giving you deeper visibility into your long-term performance.

We’ve refreshed the Sidebar UI in the Scanova application to offer a more intuitive and streamlined experience:

• The ‘Create QR Code’ tab has been replaced with our new ‘Pages’ feature.
• ‘My QR Codes’ is now simply ‘QR Codes’, and you can create a new QR Code by clicking Create QR Code at the top right of this tab.
• All account-related options — including Subscription, Profile, Support, and Logout — are now grouped under the new Account tab for easier access.

Note: The number of Pages you can create is limited by your plan’s QR Code limit.

We are pleased to announce that you can now configure and manage UTM parameters in Scanova to track your campaigns more effectively.

While creating a Website URL QR Code, you can now add five standard parameters (utm_campaign, utm_medium, utm_source, utm_term, and utm_content), along with up to five custom parameters of your choice. 

These parameters have also been added to scan data and analytics report sheets, allowing you to track them at both the individual scan and aggregate levels.

You can access UTM parameters by navigating to Website URL > Advanced Settings > Tracking Parameters in the Enter Content step.
