• Sort QR Code categories based on your Recommendations, Use Cases, or Favorites. Recommendations are based on your industry which can be entered in the Profile tab
  
• Mark your most-used QR Code categories as your Favorites, giving you quick access to these categories

• 
  Switch between Grid and List views for QR Code categories, optimizing your browsing experience
  

But wait, there's more! You can now customize your timezone preference, ensuring all reports are generated according to your selected timezone. Set your timezone and choose the relevant industry to get QR Code recommendations. For this go to Profile > View/Edit > User Information tab.

Scanova has introduced a new QR Code category—Restaurant QR Code. Create a personalized landing page with a banner image/company logo, menu section, about us, feedback form, reviews, and more—without a graphic designer. 

You can also edit the template as per your branding requirements by changing the template colors, fonts, text size, and more.

Scanova has introduced two new user roles - Analyst and Billing Manager. These new roles, in addition to the existing Viewer, Manager, and Admin roles, will provide increased flexibility and control over your account management.

New user role details:

1. Analyst: Dive deep into analytics and gain insights with this role tailored for in-depth data analysis

2. Billing Manager: Manage billing-related activities efficiently with this role dedicated to financial oversight

You can access these new roles via Settings > Users > Invite User > Choose Role.

In addition, we've improved the UI of the User tab and the Invite User flow, making it simpler to comprehend each role's details and permissions.

Scanova has now made it possible to add age restrictions to Dynamic QR Codes.

If you feel the linked content of a QR Code is not appropriate for an audience below a certain age, you can get age confirmation from your users before allowing them access to the content.

This feature can be enabled via the Advanced Settings section during the generation or updation of a Dynamic QR Code. Just go to My QR Codes → View/Edit QR Code → Advanced Settings → Age Restriction

You can also view the analytics data to learn how many visitors were age-appropriate.

Scanova has introduced a new QR Code category—Business Card—a way more efficient means of sharing and managing contact information. This new addition will replace the old VCard Profile QR Code category.

You can easily migrate your existing VCard Profile QR Codes to the new Business Card design templates. Just go to My QR Code →VCard Profile QR Codes → View/Edit → Content → View/Edit → Try Now.

The all-new Business Card QR Code provides multiple pre-made templates to choose from. With additional customization options, you can custom-design your digital contact card as per your requirements.

Scanova has enhanced its existing Analytics functionality to empower our users with more comprehensive and insightful data analytics capabilities.

In the Analytics as well as Reports tab, we've introduced two new filters: Category and Users, in addition to the existing QR Code and Tags options. This enables you to access more granular-level analytics data and reports.

Additionally, we've increased the duration for retrieving analytics data to 6 months, from the previous 3-month limit. This allows you to instantly access data of a longer time period without the need to generate reports.

We have enhanced the ‘My QR Codes’ page, elevating its visual appeal and functionality for a better user experience. We have also improved the Search and Filter options, streamlining your ability to find and manage your QR Codes with greater efficiency and precision.

You can now:

• Search QR Codes by Name, URL hash or QR Code ID
• Filter QR Codes by Tags, Category, Type, Created By and Time Period of creation

You can access these features via: 

• My QR Codes > Search

• My QR Codes > Filter

Note: 'Created By' filter category is only available for Pro and Enterprise plan users.
