You’re probably accustomed to linking a single QR Code to a lead list. Now, you have the option to link multiple QR Codes to a lead list at once, making the process of adding lead forms to QR Codes a lot quicker and easier.

This feature can be accessed via Lead List > Lists Table > Linked QR Codes Column.

You can now view, add, and remove QR Codes linked with a lead list via the Linked QR Codes column.

Introducing Frames – the easiest way to elevate your QR Code's visual appeal. Transform your QR Codes by adding customizable frame designs that match your style and purpose. Choose from a curated selection based on your QR Code's category or explore all available frames.

This feature can be accessed via Edit Design > Custom Logo Design > Frame.

Scanova has now made it easier for you to customize your email notification preferences for all non-transactional emails via the Email Preferences option. You can now manage your email preferences for each category individually such as reminders, promotional emails, newsletter, etc.

This feature can be accessed via Profile > View/Edit > Email Preferences > Email Settings.

Please note: You will continue to receive all mandatory transactional emails from Scanova.

Scanova has now made it easier for you to manage your QR Code status. With the Auto-Deactivate QR Code feature, you can now set a date and time for your QR Codes to automatically expire in the future, providing you with better management and control over your QR Codes.

You can access the feature via Create QR Code > Advanced Settings > Auto Deactivate QR Code or access it through My QR Codes > QR Code > View/Edit > Advanced Settings > Auto Deactivate QR Code.

Scanova has now made it easier to create visually attractive landing pages by providing more design options. Now you can change header texts, modify font formatting and edit background colors in various landing page components.

These updates will enhance the following QR Code categories: Product, Event, Wedding, Custom Page, and Coupon QR codes. These formatting improvements have also been included in the Leads List forms.

Scanova has introduced a new feature to make it easier for you to generate detailed reports of your QR Codes’ data. You can now create scan data reports in the format of your choice. This feature would be especially useful when one is working with large datasets (more than 20 QR Codes or a time-period of 3 or more months), where getting real-time analytics data is not viable.

This feature can be accessed via Analytics > Reports > Create New Report.

With Scanova, it’s now possible to know what actions a user has taken when interacting with QR Code and linked Scanova landing pages. 

You can now capture data at the user level and analyze it via a unique tracking ID across multiple features (such as Scan Tracking & Analytics, Lead Generation, Custom Form, and Exact GPS Location). 

This feature can be enabled via Settings > User Tracking > Enable User Tracking.
